Happy New Year Kung Hei Fat Choi

This morning along with my friends. We played a basketball game at Summerfields, Mexico, Pampanga Philippines. It was a nice game people said unto me, "what a star of the game?!". The players in Summerfields are happy, kind and competitive in basketball even if they've stated for playing to much of DOTA. Yes, its more fun in the Pampanga. I'm so tired cos I skipped my breakfast, cos I'm little bit late. My teammates were waited me for score of minutes, to obviously played hoop to that subdivision. After the game, luckily in this place Mr. Jung invited us to come over to their under construction house. Then we celebrated Chinese New Year. The Year of the water Dragon. What a great breakfast dude?! Delisyoso!

My students II-Diamond, Pearl, Amethyst, Sapphire, Emeralds and Garnet; I-Sampaguita, Rosal and Camia their top New years resolutions are:

1. Study hard for the better future and hope of their families and nation.
2. Follow their parents' counsel and help them (along with siblings). And they will be bless with long life.
3. Becoming thrifty and save for future and emergency and avoid debts that cause terrible stress.
4. Avoid evil speaking such as bad words or profane, speaking Lord's name in vain, even the OMG.
5. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Clean my house, school, surrounding and quit smoking as I clean myself.
6. Honesty in all dealings. Like the people of Japan, Batanes and among others.
7. Serve their friends and other people in need.
8. Obtain self-esteem and self reliance.
9. Listen and obey the teacher's instructions. Respect teachers and fellow learners.
10. Respect myself by asking "Have I done any good in the world today?"

"It's more fun in the Philippines" , the new slogan of the Philippines' Department of Tourism (DOT). Pilipinas kay Ganda (the Philippines is beautiful) and WOW Philippines are former good slogans. The Philippines has great and beautiful natural wonders like caves and reefs are famous around the world. The white sand beaches in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. A black sand beach in Bicol, Beaches in Zambales, La Union, Ilocos region, Palawan, southern Luzon beaches, in Visayas and Mindanao. Home of the smallest volcano, the perfect cone volcano and home of one of the most beautiful lake in the world Taal Lake. The 4 famous baroque churches, catholic churches, temples of different denominations, religious marks and festival spots. Festivals in every cities, towns and barangay. The exotic delicious foods like balut and among others. Man made wonders of the world the Stair to Heaven the Mount Terraces in Ifugao. Man made structure compatibility to Pyramid of Egypt and Great Wall of China in ancient engineering workmanship (man-made and using hand-tools). Smallest bats to biggest, smallest to biggest fish, smallest deers and buffalo, biggest flowers, smallest to biggest sea shells, biggest crocodiles, smallest monkeys, bearcats (Alamid when they eat coffee fruits, when they manured [the product is the expensive and tastiest coffee in the world]), lots of mammals, reptiles, amphibians like the 5 out of seven sea turtles in the world, giant predator birds and variety of birds, insects, arachnids, tropical fruits and vegetables. Lots of herbal and nutritious plants and home of the sweetest fruits in the world. Home of some great sportsmen, athletes, artists, beauty queens, models, workers and ancient/modern heroes. Most Filipino women are among the happiest and beautiful in the world. Men are handsome, friendly and smart. The nation has great gender equality. There are lots of impressive resorts and spas for relaxation. Lots of super-malls (3 are among top 10 in the world) and recreational parks in the country. My Korean, American, Japanese and Togan friends are enjoying in the Philippines. Lots of Koreans, Iranians, Japanese, Indian nationals, Timor Leste nationals are studying and enjoying in the Philippines. Even UFO aliens visited the country, kidding cos just I saw a documentary news topic on TV few years ago. And lots of peculiar and great stuffs in here. Come and visit my beautiful country the PHILIPPINES / PILIPINAS.

Bacolor (Balen Baculud) is home to the oldest vocational school in the Far East, the Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Bacolor, which was established on November 4, 1861 by Fr. Juan P. Zita. The school has been renamed six times since: Bacolor Trade School in 1905, Pampanga Trade School in 1909, Pampanga School of Arts and Trades (PSAT) in 1957, Don Honorio Ventura Memorial School of Arts and Trades (DHVMSAT) in 1964, Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trades in 1978. On February 2010, it became the first State University in Pampanga, Don Honorio Ventura Technical State University (DHVTSU).

This year celebrated its 150 years of existence. Some prominent and successful people in the Philippines mostly in Central Luzon studied in this school, that produces heroes like OFWs, engineers, educators, architects, artists, sportsmen, politicians, IT experts and good samaritans. I love DHVTSU!

Drained or removed trapped water elsewhere they discovered. For their wonderful stuff they did, you say "Click!!!"

Go Diego with Alicia (a great educational cartoon)

Jerik and Angelica are the reality Diego and Alicia of our lives. They help the community even they are young the same age as fictional cartoon character Diego and Alicia. They do community services with the adult members of Mormon Helping Hands (The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints) in Bulaon, Northville-14, San Rafael, Mexico in Pampanga, Philippines. They also clean the streets, parks and schools. They removed clogs from the drainage holes metal screen bars and painted it. They are young modern day heroes.

Storm Surge hit Metro Manila

Storm surge hit Metro Manila with West of Central Luzon, Olongapo City, Bataan, Batangas and Cavite area. While typhoon Pedring wrestled the Northern Island of Luzon (September 27, 2011). A storm surge is an offshore rise of water associated with a low pressure system (typhoon, hurricane, cyclone or wili-wili). Storm surges are caused primarily by high winds pushing on the ocean's surface. The wind causes the water to pile up higher than the ordinary sea level plus the factor of high tide. It is this combined effect of low pressure and persistent wind over a shallow water body which is the most common cause of storm surge flooding problems. Storm surges are Tsunami Juniors but sometimes they are as size as Tsunami that can kills up to 6,000 to 12,000 casualties like in Galveston, Texas in1900. So don't play with the surges they are dangerous. Typhoon Pedring's storm surge fury destroyed the sea walls of the bay walk in Roxas Boulevard in Manila. Stone bricks are scattered like in a modern war scenario.

Philippine Dragon Boat Team aka Pinoy Dragon Warriors will go for another record-breaking finish in the upcoming 10th International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) World Championships in August 3-7, 2011 in Tampa, Florida, USA. The team, which calls itself “Pinoy Dragon Warriors," is the reigning world dragon boat champion in the men’s 200-meter event.
Headed by team captain Usman Anterola, the 25-man team is a mix of Philippine Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard personnel, and reinforced by the best civilian women paddlers. Coach by Nestor Ilagan, despite lack of government funding, the PDBF team won the gold for men’s 200 meters in the 2007 World Championships held in Sydney, Australia. Back then, they set the world record of 42.16 seconds. In 2009, the PDBF successfully defended its and reset its previous record of 40.02 seconds at the World Championships in Prague, Czech Republic. The Philippines doubled its gold medal haul as it also won the Mixed Division.

Jubilee CSP Mormon Helping Hands Bulaon Branch Philippines

Jubilee Community Service Program (CSP) of Bulaon Branch / Angeles Philippines Stake with service man-hours of 5,336 within 134 events in four years (January 10, 2008 - May 26, 2011). The Latter Day Saints Volunteers / Mormon Helping Hands spearheaded by Pres. Marbella, Bradpete and Mang Sidro of the Branch Presidency with auxiliary leaders and full-time missionaries. In the span of for years we did cleaning vacant lots and planted vegetables (chillies, sigarilyas, cassava, moringa known as malungay, okra, tomatoes, ube, oregano, spinach, talelung, ampalaya, sweet potatoes, pechay, patola, etc.), and in harvest time we shared it to the members and needy people. We also cleaned streets, roads, parks, children parks, sports gyms, multi-purpose gyms, hospital grounds, schools, pre-schools, drainage system, houses, residential lots, gardens, flower boxes, etc. We repaired chairs, bicycles, tri-wheelers, houses, roofs, etc. We painted barangay hall's benches, check-point barrier, flower boxes, street gutters, garbage-stands for segregation (nabubulok & di-nabubulok), tri-wheeler, rusty drainage holes' screens, etc.We donated clothes, shoes, slippers, bags, second-hand lumber/wood, cabinets, wafer, snacks & toys to the needy families and Aeta's community. Removed stagnant waters to prevent Dengue mosquitoes. We did Bayanihan Lipat Bahay (helping families in residential transfer). Collected water and firewood; donated used big cartons & boxes use as bedsheets, donated used papers to start up in cooking (using firewood); shared cassava, vegetables, rice, bread, and canned goods to the indigent families. We are volunteer mailman/postman, too. And luckily we delivered the two important documents like cheques/checks that are 2 months late and the old woman is very grateful and expressed her gratitude. Some are upset 'cos the mails are late but smiles & expressed their thanks for our volunteerism.. Assisted senior citizen, afflicted person and animals. Watered the dried and endangered small trees and plants. Saved animals like turtle, rat snakes and beneficial spiders & insects back to their habitat. Educated children not to destroys plants and kills animals just for fun. Trimmed trees to prepare for rainy and stormy season. Assisted women in the midst of flood in San Fernando (Ondoy era). Assisted women, older person and children with heavy luggage, boxes and bags. Assisted in harvesting fruits (red & yellow cashews, guava, camias & moringa pods), planting trees, shrubs & flowers in riverbanks. Saved plants from garbage and planted in vacant lots & riverbanks. Pushed car & jeep that ran out of gas & battery power, pushed broken tri-wheelers & scavengers' cart in long distance and pushed two tri-wheelers crossing the river. They gave big smiles and expressed their gratitude. Doing volunteerism in the midst of storm to removed clog (plastics & dried leaves) from drainage holes' screens to avoid street floods, removed fallen branches the blocked the main roads & streets, made water passage, used buckets & dustpan to save stores from flooding. Mr. Yang Hyeon Gyu (Mr. Nice Guy) of Catholic University of Busan & me played basketball with street-children and we fed them. Watered unpaved dusty roads specially during Christmas and New Year. Played games with street children and do Family Home Evening with them. Shared the Emergency Preparedness 72-Hour Kit.

We made the people happy. Grandmothers said, "I want my grandchildren to be benevolent like them. Mothers' said, "I want my kids to be handsome and pretty like these persons". Men said, "You're doing great!" Most people put there smiles on us. A mother of Catholic priest said, "I'm happy 'cos there are still kind person like you". When we do good we feel good. We expressed our gratitude for the barangay, homeowners associations, schools, government and community officials and friendly neighborhood who hallowed us in doing this wonderful service to fellow beings and unto the nature.

It's so great event and miraculously with divine intervention. "Cos they said that day its rain cats and dogs in the area of Pampanga. People said "Its raining in Angeles City, City of San Fernando, Mexico, Bacolor and Mabalacat but there is no rain here". But in this venue before the start of the big event strong winds and some droplets for a minute but people prayed and the Lord drove away the dark clouds. The people enjoyed the awesome event at basketball court of The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints in Essel Park, Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Galit means anger in Tagalog (national language of the Philippines). According to Isagani Casamiro. One cause of a host of illnesses of the body is anger. Externally the face may freeze in a frown or perspire in an air conditioned place. The opposite is also true, the body trembles even when the weather is hot. Internally, anger affects the function of the brain, bone, blood, heart, adrenaline, muscles and hormones. It has terrible cost, too, in reduced social support from family members, relatives, friends, neighbors, and workmates. Risky behavior is another which ends in the hospital, cell, or grave. What prompts the person to anger? Usually it is connected to stress. Stress triggers the release of a hormone called "cortisol" which gives the body a quick burst of energy. When the person gets angry, the body reacts by increasing the heart rate to 180 beats a minute while the blood pressure is raised from 120 over 80 to 220 over 130. Although the body is able to adjust to normal levels, significant, and accumulated stress that trigger anger can contribute to disease and eventually death. Apart from these two, the other effects of anger include rapid breathing, abnormal pulse rate, tension in muscles, blood sugar imbalance, decrease in bone density, poor immune response, slow metabolism, and impaired thinking ability. Given these effect, the physiology of anger is something everybody needs to be aware of. Nobody can afford to ignore them. Thousands of years ago before the scientific studies, the Bible, in simple and clear terms, made a connection between emotional state [anger for this matter] and physical health. Quality Sleep

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming to much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives,additives, food coloring and artificial sweeteners.
7. Consuming of unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consume raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of the liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cook 3 to 5 parts. Fried veggies should be finish in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to schedule.

Because:

Evening at 9:00pm - 11:00pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes) . This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in not relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11:00pm - 1:00am: is the detoxification process in liver, and ideally should be done i a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1:00am - 3:00am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3:00am - 5:00am: detoxification process in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for the cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as no to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5:00am - 7:00am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty you bowel.

Morning 7:00am - 9:00am: adsorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those who wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9:00am - 10:00am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight - 4:00am is the time when the bone marrow produce blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Boys Scouts Investiture of Angeles Philippines Stake held last February 27, 2011 in Essel Park, Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga Philippines. It's a wonderful activity cos the parents are happily support their stripling scouting sons. The scout leaders with old rose boys scout scrap while the boys scouts in red with carabao / water buffalo scrap lock with Pilipinas word in the forehead. Boys Scout of the Philippines motto: Laging Handa (Always Prepared). I was a boy scout member since 1988. It's a great honor to be a boy scout and I do always apply in my life with the program Duty to God. And most of the people I helped expressed their gratitude and called me hero, good Samaritan, a saint, an angel, the messenger, Mr. Welfare, a boy scout, laging handa, a great son (old women said), big brother (women & children stated), father (some children said) and other pleasing words I received. I'm not perfect but when I do good I feel good.

Manila to be clean like Singapore

MANILA, Philippines - The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is out to clean the metropolis "Singapore style."

The MMDA under Chaiman Francis Tolentino has in its corner Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Ramon Paje who was given instructions by the President himself to implement the same strictness as Singapore when it comes to keeping the streets clean.

"President (Benigno) Noynoy (Aquino III) told me, 'I want you to clean Metro Manila Singapore style,"' Paje said during the launch of the MMDA's "Metro Ko, Love Ko" anti-littering program earlier this month.

Tolentino called it a great proposal on the part of the president. "Napakaganda pong panukala iyon. Makikipagtulungan po ako sa mga metro mayors pati na ang DENR at iba't ibang ahensiya. Pipilitin po naming tuparin yung tagubilin ng ating mahal na pangulo.

"(That is a great proposal. I will be seeking the help of the metro mayors as well as that of the DENR and different agencies. We will strive to follow the order of our beloved president)."

The DENR chief praised Tolentino for taking the lead in getting tough against litterbugs, wherein the violators are literally made to pay for their mistakes as with the case in the Philippines' Southeast Asian neighbor.

It would be recalled that Tolentino tapped "environmental enforcers" for the strict implementation of Republic Act (R.A.) 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 and MMDA Regulation No. 96-009 or the Anti-Littering Ordinance last September. Since then, the agency has apprehended over 21,000 litterbugs in Metro Manila.

The MMDA chairman said the environmental enforcers have been deputized to monitor the major thoroughfares of Metro Manila. Individuals caught spitting or indiscriminately throwing waste like cigarette butts and candy wrappers are issued environmental violation receipts (EVRs).

EVRs have corresponding fines ranging between P500 and P1,000. Failure to pay a fine means that the violator would have to undergo eight to 16 hours of community service, the MMDA said.

Paje commended the agency's recent initiatives for the environment, which include the "Lingap sa Barangay" cleanup drives and the "Estero Declaration" with the 17 mayors of Metro Manila for the rehabilitation and protection of important waterways.

The United Kingdom based Condé Nast Traveler Magazine named Cebu the seventh best island destination in the Indian Ocean-Asia region in 2007. And eighth best Asian-Pacific island destination in 2005, seventh in 2004 and in 2009. One of the cleanest city in the Philippines. And in my entire 5-day visit. It was peaceful and I never saw any people saying any bad words or feud in the street. People are kind and polite. It was clean and as peaceful a Clarkfield in Pampanga. Lots of tourists visits this great Islands of Cebu. Come and visit the beautiful island of Cebu.

I love hoops in my mission since 1996-98 in Bicol Region. I played with Elder Lindman (Arizonian) in Buhi, Camarines Sur with High school varsity. E. Lindman got lots of rebounds and passed the ball to me then, I made lots of three pointers. I remembered we played with NCAA player guard Elder Stanger from Idaho. I was fun to play streetball with them in Buhi & Iriga City covered court. Filipino Elders are also strong like the late Elder Oblimar. Elder Magsilang a Kapampangan fron Tarlac with his Pangasinan-Ilocano connection won the game in Bulan Chapel in Sorsogon. My teammates / batch mates Elder Magpusao and the six-foot bean pole Elder Ignacio were great hoopters, too. In Polangui, Albay with my companion Elder Sanft (Tongan) 6'2" in height we played with Polangui MVP. It was a great memories in dominance performance in challenging the great Bicolano greats and Korean tourists in Polangui Streetballs. Dunk in Polangui Streetball Elder Carreon, Elder Sanft and Elder Simister (Utah). Elder Sanft broke the rim down. Sister Fuller NCAA woman played like a man. Dunking Elder Air LeGendre! I remember Filipino Elders played in home of the Matnog Sharks in Matnog, Sorsogon.

In Pampanga since 2002 up to present, when there are missionaries who loves hoops. We play half-court 3 on 3 or 4 on 4 games when I have available time. I remember a rebounding hulk Elder Nain of Roxas City, Capiz and Elder Endrina of Digos City played friendly with the Fundamental Baptist Missionaries. We played acrobatic moves in San Rafael, Mexico, Pampanga. Elder Garbin was amazed and so happy while watched my ninja hoops of perfect basketball play. Elder Schilling another NCAA player. Elder Diez and Elder Batosin beat the hoopsters in Saudi and Iraq (in Bulaon) displaying great passing of the leather. Pistol Pete made 4 straight field goals to sealed the breakaway run. Then in 2007 Elder Pioquinto of Bacolod City the greatest point guard among missionaries played in Bulaon and Elder Baldoza "The Bulldozer" "Manila Man" difficult to guard one on one even in double team. His only weakness is triple teaming him. President Pabs and Bro. Atayde always joined the hoop games every Monday morning. Two others guarding him (The Bulldozer) then I blocked him in the air. I stole the ball from super point guard E. Pioquinto once using Hanamichi Sakuragi defense. I block giants and stole the rubber from them and I made I arching jumpers. High flying in doing double cross like Mike #23. Elder Johnson passed the ball from me and made four straight no look reverse shooting from free throw line swishing (nothing but net) unbelievable. We always played in Bulaon Resettlement covered court. Now in time of Elder Antioquia of Roxas City. A school varsity player. He's awesome in making treys, no look passes, fade the way and lay-ups. Elder Whitehead rebounding man at 6'4" strong in the paint. While Bradpete shooting way behind the arc and board, lay-up like Kobe Bryant. Dancing in the air and made a long lay-up. People were so happy cos the saw unbelievable shot and passing the leather. Great in steals and blocking the opposing hoopsters. Bradpete's babyhook, kills double team defense. Surprised them with unattended defense shooting at the back of the board like Larry Bird and Kobe the Black Mamba. Double hands Rick Barry and Sakuragi style free throw in 3-points by Bradpete. "Ankle breaker and made a Kaide Rukawa and Sendoh style of lay-up." said by E. Antioquia. "Like Michael Jordan" stated by E. Whitehead. Mitsui in three point streak in shooting. Other good players are Jake Esmeria, Lloyd Matias, brothers of Jared - Jason and Ezra Joseph (EJ). We express our gratitude for Barrio Bulaon Hoopsters, students and spectators in joining us in play by play in Barangay Bulaon covered basketball court. Unbelievable shootings Bradpete made a mid-court shoot, lay-up in three point country, no look reverse swishing three point shot, 10 feet at the back of the board nothing but the net shot, beyond the rim lay-ups and jumpers, long range lay-up mastery, made a lay-up over the 3 opposing fellas, under pass kilikili (armpit) power shot, blind passes, variety of finger rolls, made 9 straight free throws, super high arc shots, shooting beyond the concrete benches located outside of the gym made an unbelievable shot, wow! E. Whitehead made a shot while resting in bench. E. Antioquia - Jason Kidd style in assists. Shooting barrages at rainbow territory, also made some beyond the board lay-ups and his deadliest fade the way shot like Kobe & Jordan.

In Angeles Stake LDS League finally as a player I got a championship after 11 years of Bulaon Nephi Green Archers swept the youth league 3-0 w-l record as coach. Bulaon Branch / Sto. Tomas Branch team-up and better passing the leather and good defense to upset the Angeles Ward / Pandan Ward by 5 points in play-offs. And the strongest and undefeated Mabalacat Ward Team waiting in Finals, they have winning margin of 20 points and more. We stunt them with fortress defense, strong box out, great hustle, good timing and lucky bounces. We won by 9 points. I do appreciated their combination of veteran experience and powerful youth. And they are well organize team since then. In pre-season game I made 70% of the shooting power field goals in first game most of it via steals, fast break and finished Kobe like lay-ups. Some chant to me Kobe and our MVP. I selected 30 as my number and it is lucky number.

My friend Mr. Carmona protected and cared this site in 1995 the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is located about 50 kilometers north of the city of Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan, Philippines. UNESCO World Heritage List measured 8.2 km navigable underground river.It includes major formations of stalagmites and stalactites.

The Park has a range of forest formations representing eight of the thirteen forest types found in tropical Asia, namely forest over ultramafic soils, forest over limestone soils, montane forest, freshwater swamp forest, lowland evergreen tropical rainforest, riverine forest, beach forest, and mangrove forest. Researchers have identified more than 800 plant species from 300 genera and 100 families. Birds comprise the largest group of vertebrates found in the Park. Of the 252 bird species known to occur in Palawan, a total of 165 species of birds were recorded in the park. This represents 67% of the total birds and all of the 15 endemic bird species of Palawan. There are also some 30 mammal species that have been recorded. 19 species of reptiles have been identified, eight of which are endemic. Amphibian fauna include ten species. Some bats, insects, arachnids and sea creatures. Come and visit this wonderful place, and there are more beaches and natural parks in Palawan (Last Frontier).

Chocolate Hills

Chocolate hills in Bohol, Philippines is one of the natural wonders of the world due to unusual geological formation. There are 1,776 hills spreads over an area of 50 square kilometers. They are covered in green grass that turns brown during the dry season, hence the name. The Chocolate Hills are a famous tourist attraction of Bohol.

Four legends explain the formation of the Chocolate Hills.

The first tells the story of two feuding giants who hurled rocks, boulders, and sand at each other. The fighting lasted for days, and exhausted the two giants. In their exhaustion, they forgot about their feud and became friends, but when they left they forgot to clean up the mess they had made during their battle, hence the Chocolate Hills.

A more romantic legend tells of a giant named Arogo who was extremely powerful and youthful. Arogo fell in love with Aloya, who was a simple mortal. Aloya's death caused Arogo much pain and misery, and in his sorrow he could not stop crying. When his tears dried, the Chocolate Hills were formed.

The third legend tells of a town being plagued by a giant carabao, who ate all of their crops. Finally having had enough, the townsfolk took all of their spoiled food and placed it in such a way that the carabao would not miss it. Sure enough, the carabao ate it, but his stomach couldn't handle the spoiled food, so he defecated, leaving behind him a mound of feces, until he had emptied his stomach of the food. The feces then dried, forming the Chocolate Hills.

The last legend is about a gluttonous giant named Dano that eats everything in his path. One day he came to a plain. He saw a beautiful young woman named Eng. To win her affection, he needed to lose weight. So he excreted everything he ate. In the end, his fecal matter covered the land and he won Eng's affection.

The Chocolate Hills placed Bohol on the tourist map long before the beautiful white beaches of the island became major tourist destinations.The most famous and signature tourist attraction of Bohol, it is a prime tourist destination in the Philippines.This is because the Chocolate Hills are incomparable and is one of the country's most spectacular scenery. The fame of the Chocolate Hills is not only known in the country but worldwide. The national government has chosen the Chocolate Hills as one of its "flagship tourist destinations".

In the year 1762 after the fall of Manila to the English invaders, Governor General Simon de Anda retreated and made Bacolor the seat of government from October 6, 1762 to May 30, 1764 and practically served as the Capital of the Philippines. Through a decree of the King of Spain on November 9, 1765, Bacolor became "Villa de Bacolor", one of the only three Villas in the Philippines and was granted a Spacial Coat of Arms. Simon de Anda organized an army of natives with which he finally recaptured Manila from the British invaders.

It was the former capital town of Pampanga until the provincial seat of government was transferred to neighboring City of San Fernando in 1904. The coming of the American Colonizers broke up the military form of government and instead political and economic reforms were introduced. A civil form of government was organized and was inaugurate on February 13,1901 by Com. William H. Taft which took place in the old " Escuala de Artes y Officios de Bacolor" 1861. (formerly named Pampanga School of Arts and Trade) now known as the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University the first state university in Pampanga. The first Provincial Civil Governor was Don Ceferino Joven and the first Municipal President of Bacolor was Don Estanislao Santos. Pampanga was acknowledged as the first province to have organized civil government in the Philippines by General Grant, the then President of the United State of America.

Bacolor's festivities are the Feast of San Guillermo and Nuestra Senora del Santissimo Rosario (La Naval) which are celebrated every 10th day of February and 3rd Sunday of November, respectively. Now also called Makatapak Festival.

Bacolor took another significant time in the history when the Mt. Pinatubo erupted in 1991 and subsequent lahar flows between 1991 to 1995 devastated 95% of the whole town, virtually burying 18 out of its 21 progressive Barangays.

to date, eighteen years after devastation from the Mount Pinatubo eruption, Bacolor is starting to rebuild and recover into a more developed and progressive community. Don Guillermo Manabat is a rich landlord believed to be the founder of Bacolor. The town was completely buried under several feet of lahar from Mount Pinatubo, with with the most devastating flow covering the town centre in 1995. A landmark in the town is the church of San Guillermo (sunken church), and was one of the structures that was half-buried by the lahar flow. The church has since been renovated and is currently operational and may be accessed through what were once the second floor windows, now converted into doorways. The sunken church and town of Bacolor were used to shoot the 2009 drama series May Bukas Pa. Fantasy series SUGO 2005 of GMA 7.

There are more than 12,000 phytochemicals in nature, and eating fruits and vegetables, rather than using supplements, is the best way to make sure you are getting enough of them in your diet. Each color food has a different type of phytochemical that helps your immune system function properly. The people who eat the most vegetables and fruits have the lowest risk for chronic diseases.

We are going to use the rainbow's help to show the benefits of nature's foods. Since the same chemical gives the food its color, typically the foods of that color have many of the same healthful components.

You will notice that some of the benefits and some of the colors overlap, so don't be too stringent on getting one of each color. Just eat a great variety. Also, fruits and vegetables do not have just one vitamin, as we commonly believe. They are a mix of several vitamins and minerals.

The phytochemicals in red foods are carotenoids and anthocyanins. One of the most abundant carotenoid is lycopene. Lycopene helps reduce damage from free radicals in your body and it also prevents heart disease, cancer, prostrate problems, and reduces the skin damage from the sun. These red foods help memory function, urinary tract health, and makes your heart healthy.
Red apples, blood oranges, cherries, cranberries, pink/red grapes, red pears, pomegranates, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, red beets, red pepper, red cabbages, radishes, radicchio, red onions, rhubarb, guava, tomatoes.

Carotenoids are the powerful phytochemical in orange foods, and they are what give the foods their color. Carotenoids repair DNA and help prevent cancer and heart disease, as well as strengthening our vision. These orange foods also give us the right amount of vitamin A, which keeps our eyes and skin healthy, and protects against infections. They are also known to boost the immune system. Some of these also cross over with the health benefits of the yellow foods below.

Yellow foods are high in antioxidants like vitamin C. Avocado/alligator pear, green apples, lemon, calamansi, green grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, starfruit, limes, green pears, artichokes, arugula, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, napa cabbage, green beans, cabbage, swamp cabbage/kangkong, Chinese cabbage, cucumber, celery, Belgian endive, kale, lettuce, moringa/malungay, okra, snow peas, sugar snap peas, spinach, jute/saluyot, watercress, zucchini, collard and other green.

The strong phytochemical in these whitish/greenish vegetables is called allicin, and it is an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral chemical. Some white foods prevent cancer and heart disease, and lower cholesterol levels. Celery is often dubbed as a useless vegetable because it has no calories, but it does have minerals like good sodium that help keep the joints healthy. Also, the selenium in mushrooms is healthy as well. This group helps maintain low cholesterol levels in your body as well as a healthy heart.

Like St. Francis of Assisi I love animals of every kinds. They have right to live in this planet, too like us. And the nature will be balance. If you love animals they love you, too. I found techniques to tame dogs & cats. Some butterflies and birds landed on my fingers. Birds won't afraid on me specially in places where no children or people shoot them using sling shots and guns. Ravens flying over my head. At night bats do the same things over the top of my head just to eat insects or mosquitoes. One night a fruit bat bumped on my face while I drove my speedy mountain bike, miscalculation of his sonar. Butterflies bumped on my face. I freed lots of butterfies trapped inside the building. And I saw colorful butterflies, bees, lady bugs and other insects both beneficial and destructive. I saved a bird trapped and hanged on wall of the school building. Soon birds are became closer to the people looking for food. And it was a great feelings that they are not frighten on humans like heron and carabao (water buffalo). But most children, women and some men are being attack by dogs cos the look directly to the rampaging doggy angry stature. When they see you afraid they bite you hard. Don't look eye to eye contact specially when they are angry or threaten on dogs, wolves, big cats - lion - tiger and their kinds, brown - polar - grizzly bears, poisonous snakes, even on chimpanzees and monkeys they bite you. But when they are near you don't run they have the speed to catch you. Just calm look to the center of the animal and be smart. And they will be puzzle you are lucky when they go quickly. Sometimes dogs smell your body before they go. Umbrella is also an intimidating shield against dogs. When I was a boy I saw a dog and I ran and bite my butt. My mother cleansed it with soap and running water. At 24 years old I carried a sock of rice a big dogs bite my jeans and pinched legs turn red. In mid 20's the women are being attacked by newly puppies-bearing dog. To save the women as a human shield the dog bite my legs. A good man helped my to washed it with soap and we put garlic oil on it to prevent rabies virus. Now I know how to deal with rampaging domesticated dogs. When I was an early teen I saved a chicken stoned by children and almost died. I put in my vacant bamboo room after 2 days it decided to eat feeds. Later it grown and so healthy. I saved the cat out of danger. Then, it was a talking cat and first mammal I heard talking a simple swear word. We were all surprised, what a phenomenon. I love my dogs they are all kind. One of my dog, attacked the man who mobbed me and my brothers when we were just kids. My dog saved us. I love animals and insects. Except for mosquitoes, like Gay Gregorio (a lovely woman) both of us only kills dengue and mallaria carrying mosquitoes and sometimes house flies. Lizards fed on mosquitoes in my table and also eating rice. Don't collect colorful lady bugs they fed on aphids that destroyed leaves and green branches. Don't shoot birds they fed on destructive worms and itchy caterpillars. Spiders used for spider-fighting gambling that are useful in catches mosquitoes and dirty house flies. Whatta eek!!! Turtle (with broken shell) is being tied and look like a toy truck pulling by innocent children. I bought to them and throw back to the river where it belongs. I love animals but I do eat chicken, fish, pork and beef for the benefit of my body. I eat meat sparingly, I do eat more vegetables and fruits. I love the nature! Like Chin Chin Gutierrez! A gorgeous Filipina actress.

VHG (Vegetable Home Gardening) - it is so fun to do and highly beneficial for our family. It's 100% organic and it is good to eat without pesticides. Mananaman - means planting in Kapampangan dialect / language. Me, my mother & friends loves vegetables home gardening. President Jose M. Briones of Angeles Philippines Stake (CJCLDS) shared to us the power of vegetable home gardening. I'm so grateful to him for his wonderful inspiration. We did it and we're happy to eat the nutritious cassava, moringa (malungay), eggplants, tomatoes, ube, red hot chili pepper, sweet potatoes, okra, sting beans, sigarilyas and bitter melons. Instead of buying in the market, we just pick up or harvest in our home garden. Saves some money.

Other benefits I saw in recent days the place has cooler and clean air, that's good for our blood circulation. The compost soil with living organisms like beneficial earthworms & millipedes. Lady bugs kills the destroyer aphids, Birds (Denas) eats the worms that cuts and eats the leaves. One Denas bird landed on my belly while I'm seated and I hold it and set it then let it flyaway. Prying mantis slams and eats grasshoppers and crickets. Dragonflies, fruit bats and toads (carag) catches dengue and malaria mosquitoes. Bees & butterflies with variety of colors white, yellow, brown, multicolor & apple green. Some butterflies landed on my right hand. I saw the impressive balance of nature and life and no need to put pesticides and fertilizer (abono) that's harmful for our body and ecosystem. My friends has home vegetable & fruits gardens, too. President Pabs Marbella with his neighbors in Barangay Calulut. They made used of the vacant lots for awesome vegetable gardening in their area. Isidro Roque Puno Sr sets a great vegetable garden in Rockville, Barangay Malpitic. Rey Suyom has impressive fruit bearing trees in Mexico, Pampanga. Ramboo's father from Mexico (P) is great in planting, too. Fiscal Caliope Jung de Guzman and her mother are great in backyard vegetable gardening in Summer-field. Jenny Teopengco is great in planting eggplants in cans while Lilia Segovia has hanging plants in Northville - 14. My mother produces home gardening in our side-yard and mind is in Saudi Arabia Barangay Bulaon. Ronald P. David (my taller friend & teammate in Streetball Iraq) is king of vegetable gardening in Iraq, Barangay Bulaon. My college teacher in farming Mr. L. Arceo BSIE of Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU), Bacolor, Pampanga, Philippines is expert in vegetable gardening. I'm I a cooler hand or green thumb cos most of the seeds I planted are sprouting and growing. Nowadays, I thank God for the rains and good sunlight. Pan de Sal is the most popular yeast-raised bread in the Philippines. Traditionally served for breakfast accompanied by such items as butter, cheese, honey, scrambled eggs or filled omelets, sausages, bacon, tocino, longganisa, Spanish sardines, jams, jellies and marmalade. Individual loaves are shaped like garrison caps due to its unique method of forming. The dough is rolled into long logs (baston) that are rolled in fine bread crumbs before being cut into individual portions with a dull dough cutter and then allowed to rise and baked on sheet pans. Its taste and texture closely resemble those of the very popular rolls of the Dominican Republic called Pan de Agua and Mexico’s most popular type of bread Bolillos. These breads all use a lean type of dough and follow similar techniques that were learned from Spanish or Spanish trained bakers early in their history. As in most commercially produced food items, they vary in quality to meet taste requirements and economic standards of various communities. Some people love to dip in coffee, milk, soda and hot chocolate. Parents often use this night as an opportunity to teach their children how to prepare talks and lessons, as well as how to conduct meetings. Family business for the week may be addressed and the family schedule reviewed.
Well-planned family home evenings can be a source of long-lasting joy and influence. These evenings are times for group activity, for organizing, for the expressions of love, for the bearing of testimony, for learning gospel principles, for family fun and recreation, and of all things, for family unity and solidarity.Family home evenings should be scheduled once a week as a time for discussions of gospel principles, recreation, work projects, skits, songs around the piano, games, special refreshments, and family prayers. Like iron links in a chain, this practice will bind a family together, in love, pride, tradition, strength, and loyalty. Monday evenings should be reserved for family home evening. Local leaders should ensure that Church buildings and facilities are closed, that no ward or stake activities are planned for Monday evenings, and that other interruptions to family home evenings be avoided. The primary emphasis of family home evening should be for families to be together to study the gospel. We remind all that the Lord has admonished parents to teach their children the gospel, to pray, and to observe the Sabbath Day. The scriptures are the most important resource for teaching the gospel.

Russian quadro margin defeated the Greeks 73-69. Russia in 2nd, while Greece settled for 3rd. Puerto Ricans occufied 5th even loss to best blocking team the Ivory Coast at last place.

Group A, the new leader is Serbia upset the Argentina via dual points at tune of 84-82. Argentines move to no. 2, while the Aussie dropped the Angola 76-55 to secured no.3 and avoided the USA next round. Angola at 4th meet the Americans in Round 16. Germany beat Jordan 91-73 and they are the 5th and 6th.

In Group B, USA expected to finished them all. The last is Tunisia team 92-57, and they are the cellar. Slovenia sparks against Iran 65-60 to secured 2nd behind USA, Iran at 5th. Brazil crushed Croatia 92-74 and they secured 3rd and 4th. Both to the next round.

D Group, Lithuania the super wild card on top. They beat Asian wild card the Lebanon 84-66. Lebanon is no. 5 missed next round. Spain gave Canada nothing at 89-67, Espana at 2nd and the Canadian at 6th. New Zealand upset France to salvaged 3rd spot and the French picked the 4th place to move to next round. The games are more exciting, intense and full of winning spirit. Angola pulled and upset win in overtime against Germans. What a great run in the late game for the Angola nationals, wow! The best game of the young Germans was the double overtime win against the much stronger Serbia nationals. Now the young talents are burnup in their remaining games. USA small, terrible, speedy and NBA experiences is run their veins for clean record recently. Turks upset some giants using their sixth man the home crowd roaring in Ankara. They upset the Greeks & the Russians. But these two nations has 3-1 win - loss record so far in their group. The Turkey national team will meet the Chinese. The China nationals are now facing the do or die situation, so called sudden death for them. But Puerto Rico do or die game is much easier against the winless Ivory Coast. But it is great for the CIV with Tunisia & Jordan to be part of the world they are all ready winners cos that is the dream of all countries specially the basketball crazy nations like Philippines, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Israel, Egypt, Indonesia and among others. Some are formerly world basketball campaigners before. Philippines known as the Islanders got the bronze and still the top Asian performer in World 1954 in Brazil and 5th place in Olympics 1936 in Berlin. The Filipinos loves yuletide season cos it is the era of abundance in Philippines. Business blooms this "ber" (ber months) season in RP. One of the best place in the Philippines is in City of San Fernando (Pampanga) cos of its nickname "The Christmas Capital of the Philippines. In 1990, Philippine president Corazon "Cory" Aquino inaugurated the Paskuhan Village, the first Christmas village in Asia and the third of its kind in the world. Located at the mouth of the San Fernando Toll Exit along the North Luzon Expressway, North Philippines Hilaga was transformed into a cultural, historical, tourism, trade, and entertainment village by former Secretary Richard J. Gordon in 2003. Its design and concept make it a virtual window to the cultural and historical heritage of the four regions of the North Philippines as well as a showcase for their indigenous products, and arts and crafts. The star-shaped pavilions at the center pays tribute to the skilled lantern makers of San Fernando, Pampanga which produces the biggest lanterns in the world. The complex features a 1,000-seat capacity air-conditioned pavilion for conventions and special events, an open-air amphitheater for outdoor activities, air-conditioned exhibit halls, trade booths, garden restos and an 60-seat capacity conference hall. Mormon Helping Hands Pampanga, Philippines

Mormon Helping Hands - program of the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints (Mormons) around the world. The Mormon Helping Hands program was officially established in 1998, and since then hundreds of thousands of volunteers have donated millions of hours of service to their communities. Although the program is most often associated with emergency response, disaster relief is only half of the story of Mormon Helping Hands.

It started 10 years ago when the Church asked local Church leaders in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile to reach out in their communities through service. South American Church leaders set out to establish an annual day of service.

They coordinated a multinational effort involving tens of thousands of Church members from all over southern South America. Nearly every Latter-day Saint congregation in the region participated. Church members both old and young went out into their communities cleaning streets, parks and other public spaces and painting and repairing schools and hospitals.

Soon afterward, the initiative spread to Brazil, where it has become a cornerstone for national service. The Mormon Helping Hands program in Brazil first garnered national attention for its humanitarian efforts and community projects in 2001 when Marco Maciel, then vice president of Brazil, thanked the Church for its service. By 2002, the Mormon Helping Hands program was named one of the most important volunteer organizations in Brazil.

Perhaps one of the keys to the growth of Mormon Helping Hands is that it is not a program that was pushed. It was allowed to grow at its own pace. As it did, more and more Church members were naturally attracted to the opportunity to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with their fellow Church members and neighbors in activities that benefit everyone.

“As many as 100 million people worldwide may need a wheelchair and don’t have access to one. Only 1 in 100 can afford to purchase a wheelchair. To be mobile, people with disabilities often rely on family and friends to carry them from place to place. It can be extremely difficult just to leave home. Going to school or getting a job may be impossible dreams.”

In 2008, the LDS Church distributed more than 50,000 wheelchairs in 46 countries, including Armenia, Argentina, Belarus, Bolivia, Botswana, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, China, Croatia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, India, Iraq, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Malaysia, Mexico, Micronesia, Mongolia, Nepal, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, United States, Uruguay, and Vietnam.

The LDS Church has also participated in the social mobilization effort that is significant to the success of each campaign. A catchy musical jingle, composed by a young LDS Church member during the LDS Church’s participation in the Madagascar measles campaign, has been translated and sung in 28 languages on dozens of radio stations in subsequent campaigns.

From 2004 to 2008, 59,596 LDS Church members in 32 countries volunteered their efforts in canvassing neighborhoods and helping at vaccination posts.

In 2008, the LDS Church participated in measles vaccination campaigns in Benin, El Salvador, Egypt, Honduras, Ivory Cost, Malawi, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, and Tanzania.

Peter "Pistol Pete" Press Maravich born on June 22, 1947. Born and raised in Pennsylvania. He was a great American basketball player of Serbian descent. Maravich starred in college at Louisiana State University (LSU) and 3 NBA Teams (Atlanta Hawks, Utah Jazz and Boston Celtics). He still the all time leading NCAA Division I scorer with 3,367 points scored and average of 44.2 points per game. One of the youngest players ever inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame, Maravich was cited by the Hall as "perhaps the greatest creative offensive talent in history". Known as best ball handler of all time.

NDM-1 Superbug Gene in United Kingdom news from Dailymail.co.uk The Health Protection Agency (HPA) yesterday stepped up its warnings about the new gene called NDM-1, or New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamose after the place where it was first identified.

Rising levels of antibiotic resistance are a threat because there are few new drugs in the pipeline.

Infection experts are alarmed about the spread of multi-drug resistance facilitated by the gene NDM-1 that can easily jump from one strain of bacteria to another.

If it ends up in a bacterium which is already resistant to many other antibiotics then it could produce infections that are almost impossible to treat.

NDM-1-producing bacteria are resistant to many existing antibiotics including carbapenems - a class of drugs often reserved for emergency use and 'last resort' treatment.

So far two types of bacteria have been host to NDM-1 - the gut bug E.coli and another that can invade the lungs called Klebsiella pneumonia.

Both can lead to urinary tract infections and blood poisoning.

E.coli is among a group of 'gram-negative' bugs, and the proportion of antibiotic-resistant cases of E.coli infection has trebled since the turn of the century.

There are about 20,000 E.coli bloodstream infections each year in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, of which more than one in ten is resistant to antibiotics.

There are just two antibiotics in the pipeline against this group of infections.
This compares with several new medications for gram-positive infections like MRSA.

Figures suggest it costs between
£500 million to £1 billion to bring new drugs to market.

GSK, one of a handful of giant pharmaceutial firms actively investing in antibiotic research, said: 'New antibiotics that work in different ways to existing medicines are desperately needed to tackle the rising incidence of antibiotics resistance.'

I heard in the Philippines news also courtesy of GMA News 24 Oras. They alarm and warn the people of the Philippines regarding this spreading bacteria that are antibiotics resistance. By avoiding hand shaking (the bacteria can transfer through hand to hand) and cos then we touch our face the bacteria may enter in our eyes. Take care of ourselves. This is a sandy-clay court. I love this place 'cos the people are good and kind. They played with spirited sportmanship. They're patriarch lend me a 150 square meters of land for my vegetable gardening. I planted and harvested variety of vegetables in here. I expressed gratitude for their goodness unto me. I played in this streetball court and dusty when summertime and we sprinkled at least three buckets of water. And we played with great excitement. In this place (Saudi, Bulaon), I like to play streetball cos streetballers and small crowd are affable and kind, I love to play hoops with them. They are the same with the Koreans students in Clarkfield, Pampanga they always cheer and shout when I made a basket specially the acrobatic moves, long shots and unbelievable shot.

I love salty, sour & spicy noodles. And this noodles is so nutritious and delicious to eat. When you have cough, cold, clog nose, sinusitis and sorethroat it is great to sip the soup and eat this best noodles. I use to eat it as remedy when I have those illness listed above.

Ingredients:

1 pack of instant noodles
1 or 1 1/2 of water
1/4 teaspoon of moringa / malungay powder
or [1/4 cup of moringa / malungay leaves (if powder not available)]
1 red chili hot pepper
1 calamansi fruit / lemon

1. Cook the instant noodles.
2. After finish cooking, put the noodles to soup plate then add 1/4 teaspoon of moringa / malungay powder / malungay leaves & 1 red chili hot pepper.
Note: Don't add chili if you don't like spicy food.

In 2001, nine years ago in San Rafael, Mexico, Pampanga streetball under an PELCO electric post they erected streetball goal and it was really along the street time out when there was any transport vehicles that time E. Nain my teammate alongside with Purontong won lot of games by virtue of lucky and smart moves plus tremendous long shot shooting power. The most dominating when I wore longsleeve shirt, long pants & cover my head look like a ninja basketball star. All shots goal in long shots were swish nothing but net. And the double cross lay-up perfectly executed to the hole. E. Garvin was so happy, laughing with amazed in his facial expression. In 2005, five years ago in Saudi, Bulaon, San Fernando, Pampanga. With E. Diez & E. Batosin surprised the streetballers of Saudi with pick & roll strategy and perfect passing. I made four field goal in a row and dominated the rebounding & points stats. I made one tomahawk slamdunk. And the two of my teammates made good baskets, too. They are great guards in basketball. 2008-today, I always made a great impact in Iraq-Saudi-Bulaon in winning many games with underdog teammates, even me at first they thought I'm look like sissy & weak. Then, I surprised them in peculiar moves in the game like lay-up in free throw, shooting behind the goal, double hands lay-up, shooting treys one meter long away from three point line. Smart moves; ankle breaker moves; stealing/swiping the ball using sun & lights shadows, watching their eyeball movement and ball movement; I'm thankful for my long arms & slim body for high jumping in blocking swiping the ball in the air; good positioning in rebounds, put backs and they always compared me with the great players local (PBA) & international (NBA). I did it with euphoric feeling of inspiration like a lovely angel is watching me. I love the feeling I love the game. I did the same in Korean English School plus doing lay-up in mid court, no look backward shot in three point area and the hookshots in three point rainbow country, doing lay up vs quardruple team, covered by two giants I can't see the goal but I feel it and made a high elevation three point shot convincingly wow. The Koreans called me "Freestyle & Basketball god". I taught them how to do lay-ups and dribbling. In Raven YSA Conference in Bataan a tune up game vs Tarlac Selection. I made a fastbreak lay-up and four triples one meter before reaching the three point line. All three pointer are nothing but net, ironically their zone defense is no match. The breakaway of the game. My teams are undefeated in LDS all tune up games & a pre-tournament game with LDS members, missionaries (only 3-3), others, in chapel of Sto. Tomas -1, Angeles-1, Mabalacat-1, Balibago-2, San Fernando-7 & Bulaon Resett. Covered Court-2, Barrio Bulaon Covered Court-1 & Sta. Barbara Open Court-1. In one day activity our record in streetball 4-0 won-loss record. Today, people of Iraq & Saudi, Bulaon saw my flamboyant moves in basketball amazingly and they also played very well with sportmanship in nature. One of my greatest games. I love it with inspiration & confidence.
