Chris Tiu

Chris Tiu born on July 15, 1985 in Manila a Filipino professional basketball player of Chinese-Filipino descent now playing in various international tournaments with the Nationals the Smart Gilas as team captain. Stands 5'11" or 180 cm & weight of 170 lb or 77 kg. He is the host of Pinoy Records and Ripley's Believe It or Not on GMA 7, Clear Men Future League on Solar TV & Ako Mismo on TV 5. He is also a commercial model, politician and businessman. 2003-2008 Team captain, Ateneo Blue Eagle team, 2008 UAAP Champion; Awardee, Ateneo Sports Hall of Fame, Plaque of Recognition for excellence in sports and academics, 2009; UAAP Season 70 & 71 Mythical Five member; MVP Manila Invitational Tournament Champion; 21st Dubai International Basketball Tournament 3rd place; Nickelodean Kid's Choice Awardee (favorite Athlete) - 2008.
